Grand Guests have the luxury of an expedited check-in and check-out process at Soho Grand luxury hotel in New York; we store your credit card information in your member profile, so checking in is as simple as signing your name and receiving your room key. When you’re ready to leave, feel free to leave the hotel when you’d like, and you’ll be automatically checked out and a copy of your bill will be mailed to you.
A room customized to your preference
Grand Guests know their room in our New York hotels will be just the way they like it, even before they arrive. The profile we keep on file makes note of all of your preferences, from the view from your guest room to which amenity you enjoy to your choice of newspaper. Complete your Grand Guest profile when you book, on the Grand Guest website, or when you arrive.
$25 credit
As an additional benefit, Grand Guests now receive a nightly $25 food and beverage credit, to be used at the dining outlet of your preference. Join us in Grand Bar & Lounge for dinner & drinks, order a relaxing breakfast in bed, or enjoy a midnight snack from our gourmet mini-bar. The choice is yours.*

Turndown service
To ensure your stay is as restful and relaxing as possible, you’ll receive our signature turn down service. Grand Guest pre-sleep indulgences include turn down and pillow plumping for a refreshing, rejuvenating night’s sleep.
Complimentary late check-out (2pm)
Grand Guests never have to hurry. As an exclusive member privilege, we extend all Grand Guests’ check out time so that your departure is as leisurely and comfortable as you arrival.
