Grand Guest
Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels’ exclusive loyalty programme recognizes our returning guests with members-only benefits. Simply enrol in our Grand Guest programme to take advantage of the perks like complimentary room upgrades, $25 food and beverage credit per night, complimentary wireless Internet access, late check-out, and hotel rewards points good for services, special facilities, and hotel stays. We also personalize Grand Guest rooms with welcome gifts and extras like turndown service, newspaper of choice, and more. Simply visit our Grand Guest website at the time of reservation or fill out a Grand Guest enrolment form at the front desk during your stay to join.
Express Check-Out
Guests in a hurry need not rush down to the front desk. Checking out at noon is made simple through our phone and television check-out services. From the main television menu, choose Hotel Services and follow the instructions that appear. From the telephone, simply dial extension 3516, leave your name & room number at the tone, and you will be automatically checked out. Feel free to leave the key in your room, and we will mail you a copy of your bill.
Laundry/Dry Cleaning
We offer prompt pressing, dry cleaning, and laundry services. Items received by Guest Services by 9 AM will be ready by 6 PM the same day. For more information on instructions and service options, please refer to the envelope enclosed in your guest room closet or armoire.
Valet Parking
Premier valet parking services are available for those guests. The hotel also offers this service for SUVs and trucks for an additional fee. The Concierge or Guest Services teams are able to assist with valet parking services. Guests should allow 45 minutes for vehicle retrieval.
Taxi, Car Service, & Other Transportation
Taxis are available at the main entrance of the hotel on West Broadway. Our doormen are happy to help Soho Grand guests hail a taxi. For other transportation assistance, such as car & limousine service, car rental, green transportation, or public transit, please contact the Concierge desk. The Concierge also provides subway & bus maps and train & bus schedules.
Grand Babies
Our Grand Baby programme makes stays easier for adults and more enjoyable for young ones. Parents can customize rooms with cushioned bumpers, cribs, outlet protectors, bath kits, and tote bags stocked with baby basics. Items such as strollers, high chairs, baby bathrobes, and diaper pails can also be provided upon special request. | | Grand Kids
Though New York is a playground for adults, sometimes it’s all about fun for the kids. Our Grand Kids programme puts the interests of younger travellers ages 3 – 12 first, inviting children to explore the city with their own welcome package. Our Grand Kids Guide provides recommendations for entertainment, shops and activities for younger travellers, and also includes a schedule of kid-friendly films screened at our sister hotel, Tribeca Grand, during our famed Grand Sunday Brunch. Grand Kids missing their animal companions will delight in our signature in-room goldfish programme, which allows them to enjoy a pet away from home. Grand Pets

i-Pod Loaner Programme
New York’s music scene is legendary, and the Soho Grand Hotel recognizes that music is an integral part of the NYC experience. We’ve created an iPod loaner programme to provide guests with a soundtrack to their visit—iPods are programmed with music hand-selected by our Creative Director. iPods are available upon request and can be enjoyed on the go or even in guestrooms by connecting to our Sony Speaker Docks.
DVD Loaner Programme
The much-celebrated Tribeca Film Festival takes place in close proximity to the Soho Grand Hotel—not to mention the fact that Tribeca Grand, our sister property, hosts exclusive private film screenings and has its own screening room. So it goes without saying that the Soho Grand appreciates film, which is why we provide a selection of 99 films for guests to choose from and watch in their guest rooms. From independent films to time-tested classics, Soho Grand Hotel’s movie collection ensures you’ll stay entertained.
Goldfish
Our aquatic friends have become a guest favourite since we opened our doors. Goldfish are available as in-room companions for those whose pets could not travel, and guests are welcome to bring their new friends home with them. We are happy to place a goldfish in your room at your request.

Soho Grand keeps its fitness centre open 24 hours a day, so guests can work out as early or late as they’d like.
